R-Panel

A Superior Roof or Wall Panel with Maximum Strength
- We offer the tuff rib panel (also known as strata rib or classic rib) in a 29 or 26 gauge.
- We offer the R-panel (also known as the PBR-panel) in 26 gauge.
- We custom bend your trim, whether it is eave, corner, gable, J-channel, or ridge. Order any length of trim up to 21′ long!
- Our panels and trim come in 22 different colors, and carry a 40 year warranty.
- Also available is our ‘Galvalume’, which has a galvanized look.
- Colored screws, closures, boot flashing, silicone and more are also available.
Safety Precautions
Gloves should be worn to prevent injury while handling steel panels. Safety glasses should be worn to prevent eye injury when cutting or drilling steel panels with power tools.
Use care when walking, sitting or kneeling on a steel roof to avoid a fall. Steel panels may become slippery when wet. Do not work on the steel panels when wet or when climatic conditions are not suitable for safe installation.
Failure to comply with these procedures relieves the manufacture of responsiblty for any resultant damage to or deterioration of the product and Voids all warranties. There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

PM 450 Profile
Description
Looking for a little different style than your neighbor? The PM450 offers a classier look with 1 ½’’ high ribs, clean, sharp profile. Utilizing a clip system, this panel can fit in many different situations. Long lengths are not a problem with the clip system. PM 200 Profile
Description
The PM 200 fills most every commercial and industrial application, including government buildings. Engineered for low slopes it is also applicable to steep slopes. Concealed fasteners and a floating clip system allow for extreme temperature change, while reducing stress on the panel. It can be single seamed or double seamed. PM 100 Profile
Description
The ease of installation makes this panel a poplar choice. While giving the look of standing seam, it utilizes a screw flange for fastening. PM 675 Profile
Description
Looking for a more rigid panel? PM 675 fills the bill perfectly! With an 1 ¾’’ high snaplock rib design, a clip system to match, it can fill many architerual designs. While it is used on solid decking, it can also span purlins. A wider rib design gives it a distinctive look. With the engineering on this panel, it can also be used on a 2/12 pitch roof.

The XT-40S Series is formulated with a proprietary super durable polyester resin which provides superior resistance to chalking, fading and environmental weathering. The silicone modified system also uses only the highest quality exterior grade and ceramic pigmentation to insure the best available long term high U.V. radiation color and gloss retention.
